Founding E&A Innovation Group was a long-term goal that became a reality in 2016. At the time, I needed a flexible schedule to address family transitions. However, I was not ready to leave the professional setting and was curious about how to support leaders as they transformed their organizations. I understood the challenges they faced because I had walked in their shoes.

My professional journey has zig-zagged to take advantage of leadership opportunities that allowed me to thrive in different sectors, organizations, and teams. Working in non-profit and for-profit in-house and remote teams helped me understand organizational nuances and cultures. My professional roles – C-suite leader (COO, CFO, and CEO), functional director, product development partner in a technology startup, university professor, and research scientist – shaped my future-minded leadership style. I’ve collaborated with external partners and engaged volunteers from across the globe to develop creative solutions to wicked challenges. Often working from my home office, I’ve learned new ways to partner with resourceful people at all levels of an organization and how to adapt my leadership approach to support the success of my teams. Collectively, these professional adventures expanded my perspective on how organizations and people thrive in our complex world.

As a consultant and integrative coach, I continue to learn alongside my clients, both organizations and individuals, as we explore opportunities, identify new paths forward, and take the next step on our journeys. I look forward to learning how we can work together!
